HCG Diet Direct Aids Dieters in Maintaining Healthy Weight and Diet: Two of the 4 Lifestyle Factors that Can Offer 80% Decrease in Risk of Common and Deadly Diseases

Phoenix, AZ (Vocus) August 18, 2009

HCG Diet Direct is in the business of aiding obese and overweight individuals as they work to obtain a healthier weight. The diet is based on the effects of regular use of homeopathic HCG drops, B12, and a daily caloric intake of 500 calories per day. The program has proven successful in changing the lifestyle habits of overweight and obese individuals. After successful completion of the program most are able to maintain a healthy weight and most have developed new, healthy eating habits.

Healthy weight and healthy eating habits are 2 of the 4 lifestyle habits that, together, reduce the risk of common and deadly diseases by 80% according to a report included in the August 10/24 issue of Archives of Internal Medicine (a JAMA/Archives Journal). The other two major lifestyle habits lauded by the report were: never smoking and exercising.

Jenny Boynton of HCG Diet Direct said, “The recent report suggested that healthy lifestyle habits can go a long way in preventing cardiovascular disease, cancer AND diabetes. The issue of weight is more than just visual; it’s either healthy or it’s not. We try to get people to a healthy weight not just so they can be happy and wear a smaller size, but hopefully so they can be healthy and live longer.”

HCG Diet Direct aids individuals as they reach for a healthy weight and learn to maintain it through proper dieting. The program’s weight maintenance success rate is high and past clients offer positive feedback in regards to their new healthy eating habits.

Healthy Girl Introduces Nutritious Alternatives to Unhealthy Recipes

Bacon Cheeseburger

(PRWEB) January 21, 2010

CookingWithHealthyGirl.com is a new Web site that aims to help women and their families embark on the path to healthy eating and living. Healthy Girl provides healthy alternatives to recipes traditionally prepared with ingredients high in calories. Her recipes are the culmination of extensive research conducted on food, nutrition and the human body.

Mandy (Healthy Girl), the site’s founder, began experimenting with her favorite recipes in an effort to shed a few pounds. After trying a few diets with little success, Mandy realized that what she needed most was not a diet change, but a lifestyle transformation. By making just minor changes to dishes she already enjoyed, Mandy could still prepare her favorite meals and not feel guilty. She is excited to share her tips and advice on her Web site and to allow other families to enjoy the same meals.

The site highlights important aspects of a healthy diet, including a grocery list, weekly sweets, healthy morning meals and grocery staples that all kitchens should include.

Healthy girl focuses on six major points when creating healthy recipes: (1) Ensuring the recipe is full of healthy ingredients, (2) Making sure the recipe is tasty, (3) Making sure the portion size is big enough to be filling, (4) Ensuring the recipe should is easy to make, especially when preparing for children, (5) Having a recipe containing everyday ingredients that can be easily found in any supermarket and (6) Having dinner entrées that are always paired with a side.

Following these guidelines, along with modifying the amount of the staple ingredient, allows everyone to enjoy their favorite foods without tipping the scale.

Readers can subscribe to Healthy Girl’s weekly e-mails to receive five recipes a week and extra tips for buying groceries.

Every day Healthy Girl features a healthy eating tidbit:

Moday: New Healthy Meal

Tuesday: New Grocery Tip

Wednesday: Fun, decadent dessert recipe

Thursday: Healthy breakfast recipe

Friday: Making an unhealthy recipe healthy.

Anyone who missed a weekly featured recipe can search Healthy Girl’s archive. Also, Healthy Girl gives visitors the chance to have their own recipe featured on her site.

Leading a healthy lifestyle filled with delicious food is easy following Healthy Girl’s recipes and plentiful advice.
